Front Office
Courtney is the manager and has been with the practice full time since 2004. She started off working for the practice as a sterilization tech while she was in high school, and she has worked her way up to manager at all three of our locations. She is a wife and the mother of two boys and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys doing anything outdoors.
Lisa worked in the dental field nine years before joining our practice September of 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and shopping!
Hi, my name is Sonia and I originally joined the team in 2012 and just recently came back to my dental family after having my baby girl. I enjoy being with my family, going on new adventures and traveling. My biggest blessing in my life is my daughter.
Stacy joined our team in August 2016 as the hospital/IV sedation coordinator. She has enjoyed working in the dental field for over 20 years, guiding patients through their dental health and treatment. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with her family and many craft projects.
Lesly graduated from the RDA program at Tarrant County College in 2015. She started her training and has been working alongside Dr. Church since she graduated. She still holds her RDA license but now works in our front office. She is very passionate about her job, and she loves working with kids. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Amelia, and her family and friends.
Vanessa joined our practice in June of 2014. She brings experience in the dental field since 2010. As a registered dental assistant, she is happy to help with both your insurance and clinical questions. Outside of the office, Vanessa enjoys training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, outdoor adventures, and spending time with family and friends.
Jan is our front desk coordinator and joined the team in 2016. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know the patients and their parents. She has been married to her husband and best friend for over 35 years. They have 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 2 granddogs. She and her husband love to travel and play golf. In their spare time, you may very well find them doing something with their church family.
Tammy joined the practice in the Summer of 2021 brand new to the dental field as front desk coordinator. She is enjoying meeting all the kids and their parents. Tammy enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and friends, playing with her grandson and two dogs, traveling, and outdoor activities.
I work at one of our check-out positions. I have been in the Dental field for 10+ years. I was an RDA for 8 of those years. I have worked in the front office for about 2.5 years. I am a mom of two amazing little boys. Brantley is 3 & Kolton is 9. We love going camping and boating on the Brazos River. We enjoy all local fishing holes, and any park. When I have free time I enjoying reading books, puzzles and watching Football, Baseball or Hockey.
Victoria joined Austin R. Church DDS and Associates Pediatric Dentistry June of 2022. She is happy to greet your family at the front desk and help with any dental needs you may have. In her free time, she loves to hang out with her family, play softball and games.
Erica started with the practice in 2023 but has been in the dental field since 2006. She loves spending time with family and friends. On her down time she enjoys being creative with arts and crafts projects.
Taren joined the practice in January 2023. Taren was brand new to the dental field but her children have been patients of ours for the last 14 years and she has been an amazing addition to the team. Taren is a mother of 4 daughters and on her free time she spends every weekend at the softball fields supporting her girls.
Krystal has 9 years of dental experience. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and reading.
Back Office
Julie graduated from the dental assisting program at Tarrant County College in December of 2006. She joined our practice in February of 2007. From 2012 to 2015, she worked with us part time and was an instructor at the TCC dental assistant program. She returned full-time to the practice in 2015 and has been with us ever since. She loves spending time with her husband, her family, and their dog, Max, in her free time, as well as spoiling her grand-dogs.
Rebecca graduated from Ferris State University in 2016. She is originally from Michigan. She moved to Texas in 2016 after she graduated college and got married to her husband, Ryan. Rebecca loves working with kids and just had a baby of her own. Since having her baby girl she helps at our North and West locations on a part time basis. When she’s not working, she loves to sing and play piano, and helps lead worship at church. She also has one dog, which she loves to take camping and hiking with her.
Abby graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has always had a passion for pediatric dentistry, bringing warmth and expertise to her work with young patients. Outside of the office, Abby loves spending time with her husband, daughter Sadie, and their dog, Chief. She also enjoys traveling and diving into a good book whenever she can.
Sara has been a dedicated dental hygienist since 2017, when she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She brings a warm and welcoming approach to her practice, especially when working with children, where her compassion and patience shine. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending quality time with her two boys, JR (7) and Smith (4), often exploring the outdoors or enjoying a day on the lake.
Secret joined our practice in September of 2020. She worked in Ortho before switching over to pediatrics. She loves coming to work everyday and enjoys seeing every child light up with joy. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family.
Stephanie joined our office August of 2018. She has enjoyed working in pediatric dentistry for over 20 years! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her four children, dancing, playing sports, and hanging out with family and friends.
Nicole graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene. She has been working in pediatrics for the last two years and started full time in August of 2024. In addition to promoting good oral hygiene, Nicole is also an artist specializing in realistic pencil art.
Cori is a dedicated dental hygienist with 16 years of experience, having graduated from Stephen F. Austin University. She lives in Fort Worth with her husband, son, and dog, where she enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishing moments with her family.
Martina graduated from Mississippi Gulf Coast Dental Assisting School in 2018 and brought her skills to Texas in 2022. With a strong background in pediatric dentistry, she has a natural talent for working with children and creating a comfortable environment. Outside of work, Martina enjoys baking, arranging music, and spending quality time with her family. Dedicated to giving back, she is also actively involved in community outreach ministries.
Brenda has been a dedicated dental assistant for 16 years, with a special passion for pediatric dentistry. Known for her warm approach, she loves helping young patients feel comfortable. Outside of work, Brenda enjoys traveling and cherishing time with her family.
Roxanne has been a dedicated dental assistant for 17 years, with a special passion for working with children. Her warm and friendly demeanor helps create a positive experience for young patients. Outside of her professional life, Roxanne cherishes spending quality time with her family, making lasting memories together.
Becca joined the dental field as an assistant in March 2024 after graduating from dental assisting school. She brings a warm and caring approach to her work, especially when working with children, drawing from her background in childrens ministry. Outside of the office, Becca enjoys spending time with friends and family,nurturing her passion for music, and relaxing with her cat.
With 16 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, Stephanie has dedicated the past decade to pediatric dentistry, bringing a compassionate and patient-centered approach to every smile. After spending 6 years in general dentistry, Stephanie transitioned to working with children, where the focus has been on helping kids feel comfortable, confident, and excited about their dental care. Passionate about making dental visits a positive experience, Stephanie is committed to improving both smiles and the overall experience to young patients.
